WHAT IS MENTAL PERFORMANCE COACHING?
Mental performance coaching equips athletes and performers with the tools, habits, and language to overcome mental and emotional obstacles so that you can excel in your sport, at work, and in your relationships. As a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) and 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor, I translate evidence based approaches of improving mental health into applicable and effective tools to help you be more engaged & empowered in your sport and in everyday life.

Together, we will work through the Rise Foundational Curriculum including the three pillars of
somatic literacy, energy (breath) control, & empowering visualization.
Session 1
Body
We start with a body scan to help you actually feel and understand what’s happening inside your body in real time. When you can recognize your internal signals early (stress, tension, ease, peace) you can respond with intention instead of reacting on autopilot.
Awareness becomes your first tool for understanding what you need in the moment.
Session 2
Breath
Next, you’ll learn a simple, science-backed breathing technique that quickly shifts your body out of stress and back into clarity. This tool helps you stay calm, think clearly, and get grounded during high-pressure or emotional moments - a reset button you can use anywhere.​​

Breath becomes your second tool for finding your center when things feel overwhelming.
Session 3
Vizualize
Finally, we build your “mental training gym” through imagery, starting with a personalized peaceful place you can return to anytime. This strengthens your ability to calm, refocus, and choose your state of mind - turning imagination into a skill that changes how you show up.

Your imagination becomes your third tool for mindset control so you can show up as your best self.
